A.P.C. SPRING SUMMER 20 COLLECTION
The A.P.C. collection reaffirms A.P.C.'s original identity with beige or khaki monochrome outfits, printed spring dresses and of course denim jeans.
A lot of pieces are made in light denim, evocative of a Californian style. In small square multi color Madras fabric, the Ayo blouse are fully part of the theme as well. In Jersey, the Annaelle shirt spots a Ratti flower print in navy.
Anarchy in the UK. A series of pieces contribute to this theme of 1980s style in the UK, including the Caroline skirt. Also a new model in Oxford fabric, the Marina shirt.
For men's the strong themes are California and, in that the same spirit of balance, workwear – the classic A.P.C. approach to clothing.
A shirt with short sleeves was developed with a new, almost psychedelic print, the David shirt in fish print blue popeline.
In a spirit of correspondence with the summery theme in the women's collection, a few pieces resonates in the men's such as the dark navy seersucker in matching Tom pants and Martin jacket.
Campaign shot by Irish photographer and filmmaker Ronan Gallagher in the streets of Paris around the A.P.C. headquarters.
Lookbook shot by Bibi Borthwick, known most widely for her fashion and portrait photography, she contributes regularly to US Vogue, AnOther, POP and Self Service magazine.
